【ロイヤルメールに損害賠償の請求方法】日本宛の手紙がボロボロで到着

先日イギリスから日本宛に送ったカードがビリビリの状態で家族の元へ届きました。

日本にこれまで手紙・カード・小包を結構送っていましたが、破損があったのは初めてのことでした。

ダメ元で賠償請求をしたところ無事料金が返還（切手で返金）されました。手続きも簡単だったので、請求方法を紹介したいと思います。

賠償請求できる場合

破損以外にも紛失や遅延した場合も賠償請求ができるようです。

今回は破損による請求をしたのでその方法について紹介します。

カード（カード代：約£5、郵送料：£2.10）

明らかに故意に破っただろうというくらいひどい状態でした。笑

「Claiming for lost or damaged items」より、該当の送付方法を選択してオンラインフォームに入力していきます。

参考までに私が入力した内容を以下に記載しておきます。

ビジネス目的でなく日本宛にカード・荷物を送った場合（破損の場合）は、以下と同様に回答して大丈夫です。
